| When we were selected as one of the top ten garden emporiums in the United States it challenged our buyers to select only the best merchandise. From France we import Marius Fabre soaps and towels, museum quality pottery from St. Quentin and linens from Beauville. I personally collect the antique yellow and green French pots from Provence and we have a wonderful selection in the emporium. We scour the countryside fortified with a baguette and wine to find things for your garden that have the most creative potential. Even a bidet for the garden! From Southeast Asia we have made for us planters and containers from a special clay that becomes stoneware after being fired in a wood kiln for at least ten hours. This process renders the pots and containers frost proof. The search for all of our "special finds" keeps us enthused and enriched and we hope to share that with you. |
