Lacey OMalley is the oldest bail bond company proudly serving all of Washington State since 1945. Due to specific efforts of the founders of Lacey OMalley Bond Company, Joseph and Frances Lacey, the State of Washington initiated legislation in 1993 that required all bail bond agents to be licensed and regulated by the Department of Licensing.
