R+E Cycles began as a repair shop in the early 1970's. We took a keen interest in the frame as the main component of the bicycle and immediately ran off to France to study under the tutelage of the now deceased Alex Singer, perhaps the best frame builder of his time. These skills have evolved over time, resulting in RODRIGUEZ becoming one of the best custom frame shops of all time
