The business is sub-par & the staff are mainly a bunch of either middle school or high school drop outs; they are very poor in communication and management skills. Jennifer Mullis for example was continually texting or facebook chatting with whomever & unable to handle my companies business; She was clearly too "BUSY" to poke at her phone than to retain my information while she threatened one of the staff to stay off their phone while working. Thats a oxymoron, very very poor uneducated people there & it seemed that the others there were too frighted to even speak while they sat there with not even a radio in the office to listen to while they kept looking to the cameras in the office. It was truly a strange place & NOT somewhere that I feel safe knowing they would be dealing with my companies business.
