The staff is more than helpful. They were very understanding of how much this clock meant to me. I was nervous about leaving it with anyone.
They have repaired my clock and every time I hear the chimes I think of their kindness, understanding and honesty.
This is definitely a place I would recommend for your "treasures". In fact, they now have my cuckoo clock for repair.
